CVHAA middle school girls played St. Bridgets in Richmond. Game was a great cliff hanger with St. Bridgets landing a three pointer with seconds left to take the game into overtime. 2 minutes of overtime left CVHAA staring at their first potential loss of the season. Trailing by 3 points with less than 10 seconds to play, Averyn Edwards shoots for three and strips the net to tie the game. Needless to say the crowd of supportive parents went crazy while team mates hugged celebrating a narrow escape of the loss.
